John J. Barry III (Jack)

Mr. Barry is a proven C level executive with a track record of growing companies. He is head of his own independent consulting practice, Leading for Success. Richard Tyler International, Inc.® is fortunate to have an association with Jack Barry as an outside independent business consultant calling on him to lend his considerable expertise as projects and programs warrant. Jack Barry’s philosophies regarding leadership, management, customers, employees and shareholders are based on his extensive firsthand experiences and successes. His first hand experience includes the United States Navy, Fortune 500 Companies such as IBM, Xerox and Harris through mid-size companies and entrepreneurial companies. Jack Barry held a number of key positions in both public and private companies including 15 years as a CEO. He was CEO of a software company and CEO of an information services company. Both companies, The Systems Center Inc. and Petroleum Information Corporation, marketed worldwide and were recognized leaders in their respective markets.

Dale Karraker

Calvin Martin

Calvin Martin is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Risk Manager. Calvin began his career in public accounting in 1984 with the formation of Calvin Martin & Company, P.L.L.C, after having worked in industry with a variety of companies including manufacturing, retail, and construction. Calvin started his accounting career with a Fortune 500 company as a cost analyst and quickly moved through the ranks to corporate controller.
Along with his extensive financial experience, Calvin has worked directly in sales, sales management, advertising, and human relations. He is a contributing author for the textbook “Retail Management for Spas” and an internet based Risk Management education program designed specifically for the Spa industry. As a result of his extensive expertise in the retirement plan area, he developed a customized retirement plan audit program that fully complies with Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service regulations for plans with over 100 participants. The specialized audit program and procedures have successfully passed the AICPA and Texas State Board Peer Review Programs for the last 18 years.
Calvin has sharpened his advising, consulting and coaching skills by vigorously pursuing education and additional accreditations. Jeannie Ng

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Aja attended the University of New Mexico and University of San Francisco where she studied journalism and politics. Her internships with ABC affiliate KOAT in Albuquerque and FOX affiliate KTVU in Oakland taught her the necessary skills to become an on-air reporter and she got her first television job in 2006 at local community station TV30 near the San Francisco Bay Area. Aja started reporting, shooting, editing, writing, and producing her own segments and assisting with the production of the news program. Her success in this endeavor allowed her to become the Bureau Chief for the NBC affiliate KSNG out in Garden City, Kansas, where she won the Kansas Association of Broadcasters award for best Non-Metro Television Prime Newscast. With that success in Kansas, Aja moved to a larger media market in Tulsa, OK where she worked for the NBC affiliate KJRH. At this station she worked as a Multi-Media Journalist shooting, writing and contributing editing her own stories as well as being an on air reporter covering all areas of the news for the station. . From politics to crime, sports to tornadoes–you name it, she’s shot it, reported on it or both.
After experiencing all aspects of broadcast news, Aja decided she wanted to start her own production company and began her journey to make it a reality. Aja honed her skills in the news industry by doing thousands of different types of stories and interviews and she coupled those skills with her knack for storytelling and an ability to capture the emotion of any genre. Amy Martin Galbraith

Amy Galbraith is a Certified Public Accountant. Amy has dedicated a significant portion of her career to the development of financial and accounting programs designed specifically for the small business owner. Early in her career, Amy worked as a full charge bookkeeper for a variety of businesses including professional services, retail, and manufacturing.
